The number of persons occupying the property is restricted to 6 adults & two children.
Photo IDs of all the members entering the property has to be provided during check in. Guests will not be allowed to check-in without providing the same.
Refundable Security deposit should be paid at the time of check in
Pets are not allowed.
The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property. The full amount will be collected from the guest for the damage caused by them.
Cancellation policy: We offer 50% refund if the cancellation date is 30 days or more from the booking date. MannaVilla does not provide any refund if the booking date is less than 30 days. Booking dates cannot be changed after booking.
Should not put any nails on walls & should not change any originality. Infra structure changes not allowed.
Decorations not allowed.
Photographs and videos taken inside the property for commercial and public purpose are illegal.

The number of persons occupying the property is restricted to 8 people (Photographers, Assistants including all total - 8 persons only) only 6 people allowed to stay others should leave the premises before 7.00 pm.

Swimming Pool Timings – 6.00 a.m to 7.00 p.m

Swimming Pool Rules

The swimming pool is open from 6.00 am to 7.00 pm.
Please shower before entering the pool.
No Diving.
No lifeguard on duty.
No running or horseplay on pool deck.
No spitting or blowing nose in the pool.
No hairpins, barrettes, jewelry or glasses.
Please wear proper swimwear when in the pool.
No food, drink, or gum anywhere in the pool area.
Smoking is not allowed in and around the pool area.
Children below 12 years are not allowed inside the swimming pool without adult supervision.
Please do not use the pool, if you are under the influence of alcohol or medication.
Towels are available in changing rooms, kindly put the towels in assigned towels dust bins after use.
In the interest of your safety & that of others, people with any skin diseases or open wounds are not permitted to use the pool.
Please take care of your valuables and belongings, as the management will not be liable to any loss or damage of valuable and belongings left at the pool.
